How long will my order take?
- The specific delivery times are given on the product pages. But, our products usually get delivered in 2-7 days. Custom orders may take 2-5 more days.
When will I receive the invoice/further communication after payment?
- We will send you an invoice and begin processing your order once we have manually verified the payment and received the money. 🙂
How do I track my order?
- We will send you an order tracking link once your package ships.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes we normally do! 🙂 ( International shipping suspended due to covid-19) Rs.999 will be charged as shipping charge. Please note: Custom duties if applicable would have to be paid at the time of delivery (they are not not included in the shipping charge)
Do you do customised products?
What if I want my poster to be printed on Canvas Paper or a Gallery Wrap Canvas?
- Just add the Canvas Roll Print/ Gallery Wrap Canvas option to your cart, and pick the size of the poster you are converting, and what you wish to convert it to and the cost will get added. Please note, you cannot convert a framed poster to a Gallery Wrap Canvas, so change it to a basic(no frame) poster if you wish to buy a Gallery Wrap Canvas.
What if I want to buy one of your products with some tweaks, or a different size?
- In that case, you can request a custom product. 🙂
Do you do bulk orders?
- Yes! Bulk orders also receive discounts, get in touch with us through the Get in touch section or send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
I received a misprinted/damaged product. What do I do ?
- Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at email@example.com with images of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money, whatever you prefer.
- Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
My tracking link shows ‘delivered’ but I have not received the package. What do I do ?
- Please drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall check with the courier service.
Can I cancel my order ?
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have started processing and the payment has been made.
- If a cancellation request comes up, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.
When do I get my refund for the cancelled/damaged order?
- Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.
- We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
How can I work with you as a graphic designer/photographer/artist ?
- We would love to work with you! All you have to do is create designs and earn money!
- You can send us your designs (high quality printable images) and they will undergo a quality check to see if they match with our site.
- If they do, we will create the products and take care of order processing, shipping and all other logistics.
- You will earn a minimun 10% commission on the sale price of every product(with your design) which has been sold.
- If you wish to receive a higher commission, drop us a mail at email@example.com and we will markup the prices higher. Note: The markup is done at PrintedCraft’s discretion.
